Products & Services

We believe that when used correctly, technology can be a powerful asset to the learning process. Our platform and tools offer a flexible, safe, and supportive learning environment that promotes student responsibility and success. The technology manages everyday classroom activities, freeing up the teacher’s time to allow them to focus more on the specific learning needs of each individual student. Progress indicators offer accurate monitoring, ensuring that the support required is provided at every stage. This creates a learner-centric model that trains students to manage their workload self-sufficiently, independently and effectively, preparing them for the challenges of university, work and life.

Pamoja courses are evaluated and approved by the International Baccalaureate for academic rigour and relevance, so schools and students can be confident that courses meet IB standards and learning outcomes, as well as being fit for purpose for an online environment. The atomised structure of our courses has instructional design standards that foster student self-reliance, reflection and collaboration. The structured learning journey allows students to progress with confidence and cultivates planning and organisational skills. All courses follow a consistent and straight-forward unit and lesson format. Lessons will feel familiar to the students as they follow the Introduction - Learn - Practice - Activity and Assess (ILPAA) structure.

Pamoja Taught

Pamoja Taught courses are built around our philosophy that technology must support student-centred learning. The design of each course provides a structured journey, whilst shifting the traditional dynamic between student and teacher. Pamoja teachers are trained in our digital learning strategies; they facilitate self-direction, prioritise individual learning needs and provide constructive feedback to promote lifelong learning.

Our platform ensures that student completion of work is highly visible to their teacher, allowing them to easily track student engagement and submission of assignments. The tracking of student activity also supports the teacher in focusing their time and effort at the point of need for individuals. We supply an experienced IB teacher, who is the teacher of record for your student, and they will take responsibility for supporting them in their learning needs through interaction, assessment, engagement ratings, marking, feedback on assignments, term grades and reports.

We understand that learning is a fundamental human experience and we enhance it with technology. This elevates the role of the teacher and makes learning more human, rather than less.

School Taught

The Pamoja learning model is now more accessible because your existing teachers can take advantage of our course content, assessment materials, platform functionality and tracking capability. With a user-friendly interface, your teachers can adapt our course design to their requirements and personal preferences. They will be able to monitor student progress and provide differentiated intervention to individuals, being fully responsible for learning and engagement. School Taught courses can serve the needs of authorised IB World Schools, where there is already a teacher in place for a subject.

The courses can be used to introduce a more learner-centric environment, create flexibility, or simply reduce the resources needed for course creation and planning. They respect your school’s timetable, brand and reputation, and follow three principles: collaboration, flexibility and monitoring. The school taught courses are adaptable to the needs of both your school and classrooms.
