The role is wide ranging but primarily aims to contribute to the consolidation, growth and reputation of Pamoja Education as an online course provider of International Baccalaureate Diploma courses. You will be responsible for advising on a business development strategy and leading on the identification and strategic response to business opportunities which could influence Pamoja Education’s business results significantly in the medium to long term. We are looking for an individual who has previously held a senior management role in an IB DP school and can demonstrate a high level of leadership, organisational, management and inter-personal skills.
A new role is being created for a suitably qualified, experienced educator as Schools Relationship Manager for the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region. The Schools Relationship Manager will be part of the regional development team and will be responsible for proactively building and managing Pamoja Education’s relationships with IB DP schools and other educational entities e.g. clusters of schools, education authorities and ministries and promotion and marketing of Pamoja Education courses and services on their educational merit
A fabulous new role has arisen for a talented and accomplished sales and marketing professional with experience in the education sector, to join our rapidly growing team as a Schools Development Manager. You will be responsible for devising and implementing a business development strategy to deliver targeted growth globally to meet agreed sales projections. The successful candidate will have an impressive record in driving sales and implementing sales and marketing strategies, ideally within the education sector; a good knowledge of the education sector; first class negotiation and influencing skills as well as successful team management experience.
